Shipping info
We charge $3.50 per item and free shipping on orders over $100.00.

Also if you live in the Birmingham, AL area and would like to save on shipping email me before you place your order for a coupon code and to schedule a pick up time.

Orders shipped in the state of Alabama your sales Tax is 9%.  Orders shipped outside the state of Alabama do not have to pay sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges
We at Kate and Claire, want you to love your new purchases. If for some reason you do not, please contact us by email within 2 weeks of purchase for a full merchandise refund or exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization Number to include with your return. Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise in the original packaging; Clothing items must be received unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached. Holiday items may not be returned due to the time sensitive window of purchase and wear. Please note that custom made, personalized, and monogrammed items cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on quick shipping of our in stock items; therefore, if an item has already been shipped the order may not be cancelled. Cancellation on custom items will be taken on a case-by-case basis. If the artist has begun working on your piece, it may not be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders or to ship partial orders based on backorders or availability. In the event we have to cancel orders due to an item being no longer available, we will try and notify you within 48 hours

Terms and Conditions
Kate and Claire reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to artisan delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Kate and Claire will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times. We make every effort to keep our inventory on the web up to date. If an item you ordered is out of stock and can not be shipped, we will let you know within 48 hours.
